I received a quote for $460 for car rental. After I returned the car I received a bill from a company (not Dollar or Hertz) for $922. I will never use Hertz, Dollar, or Kesher again and will tell everyone who will lesson to do the same.Reviewed 2 Jul. 2022

Must print out proof of liability insurance from you cc company otherwise they charge you a daily rate for insurance. Car had a pin pad - and I had a lot of trouble with the car. Luckily they replaced it once it went dead.Reviewed 25 Jun. 2022

Pickup took us almost two hours. The first car they gave us, the battery was dead. The next car was fine, but was diesel so was much more expensive to fill up, but we were tired and frustrated by then, so we took it. Drop off was not good either. They didn’t tell us where or how to drop it off and the signage is not good. A quick explanation when we picked it up would have been helpful. Also, you need a code to drop it off (to get into the parking lot) and they never gave it to us.Reviewed 20 Jun. 2022

The Reservation that we received from Kayak / Priceline for Dollar Rent A Car had the wrong car rental location information at Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport. It took more than 30 minutes to get to the correct location. They moved from one terminal to another and are now sharing with Hertz. Shouldn't I have been notified about this change. Once we found the correct location, it took more than 45 minutes to get the car. Then we found out that the price we signed up for didn't include the required insurance. I was shocked to find out that the cost for the 1 week rental went from $505.28 to $925.47. That's almost double the price. We had no choice as there were no other cars available. Pros:Car was ok, as expected.Cons:Pickup was SOOOO slow. They ended up charging waaay more than advertised online because they said the insurance costs were high.
