I made an online rental and when I arrived there was no car available to rent and they did not know when one would come in. Safe yourself the hassle and rent from one of the on site airport rental companies.Reviewed 4 Mar 2025

The search process was confusing. I am sure I selected the need to rent at Miami airport, but the search results showed Fort Lauderdale airport. I made the mistake of booking, and I lost the money for two days of car rentalReviewed 14 Oct 2024

The driver from the car terminal to the rental place was friendly. Juan at the desk was short in his response and unwilling to answer clarifying questions.Reviewed 20 Sept 2024

Worst experience ever. Shuttled to rentL center, then another shuttle way off airport, dumpy building. Had a reservation and were told no cars available for 2-3 hours. The days before our trip were riddled with bad weather in FLL and I understand this could hamper rental business, but send me a text or email to let me know that you have no cars, so we don't waste our time. Had to take the shuttle back to the airport car rental site and rented from budget.Reviewed 25 June 2024

They charged me and never gave me a car, they said they were out, would call when one came available and never did.Reviewed 24 June 2024

The pickup point was unclear. Had to ask around to find out where to go. The friendly pickup driver was excellent. He handled our heavy luggage and gave us instructions on where to go and what to do. The staff were all courteous and though there was a line of people ahead of us, it moved along well. The vehicle was a low mileage SUV in great condition. The price was better than the big name competitors. So, all in all it was a good experience. Would use them again.Reviewed 17 June 2024
