Pros:Staff was courteous and the vehicle was well maintained.Cons:Picking up the vehicle at FLL was extremely slow. There were only three people in line at the desk but it took forever. Then we were sent outside to the booth and had to wait in line again. In total it took about an hour to pick up our car. Drop off was fine.Reviewed 28 Mar 2021

Pros:Pick up and drop off locations were different. Both staffs were excellent - friendly and offering to help with bags and even a ride home at the drop off location.Cons:Car specific instructions would help, especially when there is something unique (I was unfamiliar with the radio in the car. Pros:I reserved a mini van online after our flight was canceled and we decided to drive from FL to PA. When we arrived, they didn’t have anything that could fit 6 of us. Why did I get a confirmation from Enterprise if there was no car, leaving us stranded. ;(Cons:Everything.Reviewed 2 July 2019

Good experiencePros:The pick-up process was quick and easy and the rep made sure that we were informed about everything before we left the garage. The car was clean with no odors and exactly what I asked for.
