Pros:People were nice, even if not Covid-19 safe.Cons:Had to check at three different rental car checkpoints before finding someone with the Enterprise group that could give us our rental car. Person who got our car wasn’t wearing a Covid-19 mask over her nose, and I had to touch the computer to finish. Lastly, the Ford we rented had a terrible navigation and audio interface, both of which were dangerous to use.Reviewed 26 Aug. 2020

Poor customer serviceCons:I didn't get the rental car because i didn't know that i needed a major credit card and i rent from enterprise all the time. And the clerk was very rude and took the next customer in line and i was still at the desk. So called next without me getting a word out. And i was already in line and i was standing in the wrong line because they didn't have the sign turned so the customers couldn't see the sign and i was the next person in line and two more people walked up and she took them in front of me instead of taking me and i was there before them.Reviewed 19 Mar. 2017

Pros:That you gave us another car without any hassle when the first one didn't work.Cons:You charged us $56 for a service truck to come out and charge the battery. It was YOUR car to begin with! Why did you charge us, when it was clear the car was defective? (Otherwise, why swap out cars?) You have now lost two good customers, and we will recommend to others NOT to use you for car rentals. Your phone people were also rude to us when we called about the $56 charge, even though your office guy on site told us he would NOT charge us that fee! (Because the first car failed when we had spent 45 minutes getting a 90-year old into the car, your agent felt bad about that and said our credit card bill would NOT reflect that charge. We were charged anyway, and the phone people were absolutely NO help at all. She kept asking for the office guy's name, and when we couldn't say, she became even nastier.) Terrible Overall Customer ServiceCons:I’m a long-time Loyalty Member of Enterprise Rent A Car and this is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with ANY rental car company period! I tried to call 5 times before picking up my rental car on multiple days at multiple different times and could NEVER get through to confirm my rental and to verify the documents that were needed. So I called a different location to verify and was told I need a drivers license, a debit or credit card, and 2 utility bills. Then when I get there, they tell me I can’t use a debit card. I tell the clerk that I don’t have a credit card and ask if there’s anything to do to assist. He dryly said yeah, if you give me a credit with your name on it. I explained again I don’t have a credit card and he replied “Well I told you that you need a credit card. Since you don’t I can’t do anything for you.” SUPER RUDE and terrible customer service! Would give them a negative rating if I could! Enterprise just lost a long time customer!Reviewed 3 Jun. 2018

Pros:Nothing at all. Never got the car from them. My flight was a late one and I didnt make it to counter in time to get it. Thank goodness Hetrz was open plus cheaper so I could make it to my grandmas funeral in West Virigina. Will never use Enterprise again. Almost missed my grandmother's funeral.Reviewed 18 Dec. 2018

Shoulda stuck with the Nissan...Pros:EXCELLENT service every step of the way, from the booking to the drop off. I immediately booked with Enterprise for my next trip.Cons:The agent offered me a free upgrade; I like free, so I took it. Payment for carCons:Upon arriving at the airport to pick up my rental, I was told I could not use a debit card for payment. I had used the same card to reserve the car online without problem. The troubling part was, I would have been able to use a debit car if I had had a return flight ticket (insuring I was returning the car). I live in the city I was renting from, therefore I would be returning. Seems like common sense. I am quite sure somewhere online that it did said not debit cards, but few people read all the print. Putting the "no debit card policy" in a more prevalent place on the website would be helpful. My trip was held up two hours because I had to have someone bring me a credit card. Incidentally, other rental car companies accept debit cards.Reviewed 27 Nov. 2015
