Pros:Pick-up went perfect, everyone super friendly and helpful, got in and out quickly.Cons:Airport drop-off at ACV was unclear how to leave vehicle after hours. 11am and nobody was there to receive the vehicle after Eureka office told me I could leave it there. There was a key drop where I left it, noted date/time/mileage, but beyond that it wasn't clear if it was OK to leave it.Reviewed 27 Aug 2020

Pros:Efficient process for pick-up.Cons:Car stank of cigarette smoke at pick-up, a deep cleaning would have been nice. Guy was a bit cold and rude about wanting me to put a mask on. On check-in, I identified a few scratches on the car and the guy confined they were in the system. On check out, the same guy said those scratches weren’t in the system and made me fill out reports. Pros:Friendly and efficient staff at the airport.Cons:I called enterprise 3 times after my flight landed. All three representatives could not give me adequate information to contact the staff at the airport and twice gave me the wrong number. It was incredibly frustrating because my flight was late and the email I received with my confirmation said the rental car booth closed at 12am. My flight landed at 11:55pm. I was afraid i would be stranded at the airport and called enterprise for help. It was very stressful and no one on the phone was able to help me or tell me what to expect. Luckily I got to the rental and there was staff there to assist me.Reviewed 7 Dec 2019
