Pros:
The staff were extremely helpful. I ended up changing my reservation to an earlier time with no cost, then was unable to make it in that early due to unexpected circumstances. They ended up adjusting it so I could bring it back later on my return date, which they didn’t have to do. Staff is very friendly and laid back. Will definitely come back to this location.Cons:

The staff really Did their best to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle and their serviceCons:
They did not have the car I reserved for me because they were busy. My pickup wait time was about an hour. The tire pressure light was in the whole drive to LA. Then on the drive down a notice for an oil Change came up. There also wasn’t any wiper fluid.10.0 Wonderful

The pick up process at the Geary Blvd location was tortuously slow. I waited in a short line for almost an hour for a car. Cons:
I specifically selected the rental car location closest to where I was staying, that ALSO had the type of car I needed. When I arrived, I was given a lower quality car, with the explanation that since I made my reservation "last minute" this was all they had...the class of car I reserved would not be available until later in the day. I reluctantly took the car, but after driving a few blocks realized it wouldn't work. (My husband has a broken femur...we flew to San Francisco to see a specialist, but flying was too difficult for my husband on a walker, so we decided to drive back to Ventura). The car I was given had a VERY ROUGH ride, which would have caused my husband great pain. The rental agent did agree to exchange for a better car, but this involved a long drive across the city in traffic before we could begin our 7+ hour drive home. Also, the new car they gave us smelled so strongly of cleaning fluid or air freshener, that I had to leave the windows open because I was getting a headache!8.8 Very Good

Price was lower than at other area locations. Car was clean and functioned well in rough driving conditions.Cons:
Car was due for maintenance and therefore the "maintenance required" was on for my entire weeklong trip. Service when picking up the car was brusque and generally not friendly (in stark contrast to Enterprise). Certain fees were different than original quoted.Thrifty
