Good experience, nice staff! Super modern car that had no problems. I wish however there were more possibility to pick-up and drop-off the car outside usual working hours. On the weekend, they were only open until 3pm for drop-off. But all in all good experience! Thank you Asu for helping us!

The woman who helped me at the San Francisco location was AMAZING! The only complaint I have is that the vehicles available weren’t what I would consider luxury. For example, the most luxury sedan available was a BMW 3 series.

The pickup process was good, no problems and went smoothly. However, the drop-off process was a problem. I told the woman in San Francisco that even though the rental agreement said we would be dropping it off at Portland Airport at 9 am, we would actually be dropping it off much earlier because our flight was at 6:15 am. We showed up around 4:15 and not only was there no one there to help us with the drop off process, there were no instructions, nowhere to put the key for safekeeping, and we had a hard time getting even the front wheels parked over the spike strip to provide any security for the car at all. The entrance to the drop off was completely blocked with other cars. The portable kiosks used for desks were cluttered and offered no information. We did the best we could and ended up snapping a picture of me holding the keys with the front wheels past the spikes barely an inch from the car in front of it. We figured that was the best we could do to prove we actually dropped the car off if it went missing. Thank you, Jenn Person

Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful. I ended up changing my reservation to an earlier time with no cost, then was unable to make it in that early due to unexpected circumstances. They ended up adjusting it so I could bring it back later on my return date, which they didn’t have to do. Staff is very friendly and laid back. Will definitely come back to this location.
