Horrible customer service. Was told that I needed to wait to be called up in the queue when there was no one in line, which was shared between Thrifty kiosk. They should create two lines to decrease confusion. Representative was incredibly rude and short. They didn’t have the car I reserved and offered me a supposedly equivalent car which was fine but didn’t tell me that I would have to manually charge this car in order to benefit from the electric/hybrid option of the car. Ended up spending a lot on gas when I intentionally booked a hybrid to save money on gas.Reviewed 23 Aug 2025

Dollar didn't have a car for me when I arrived. They tried REALLY hard to upsell me, but wouldn't give me the car I reserved. Eventually after I raised a big fuss, they magically seemed to have a car.Reviewed 23 May 2025

Awful. Told online to pick vehicle up at 3. To arrive and the place be closed and door locked, customers were present inside being served. Whilst waiting for someone to come to the door one staff member looked at me, put his coat on and left, whilst another shouted through the glass that they were closed. When I explained I had a booking to collect a car at 3 he told me to go away as he had no cars left. Awful service.Reviewed 9 May 2025
