The sales agent spent my entire checkin working to up-sell me and to my knowledge upgraded me to a bigger SUV when I booked the largest one I could to a cost. The car smelled like weed the entire time too.10.0 Wonderful

I phone enterprise advantage following concerns about fluid escaping from the car I had stopped at night at the side of a motorway. I was told breakdown would contact me within an hour. 3 hours later I was told no one would come out to me because I had not purchased optional breakdown cover and therefore I would have to pay for towing back to sanFrancisco. We were 500 Lia miles away10.0 Wonderful

Check in was quick... Although we usually use google maps to navigate, it was VERY HELPFUL to have a paper road map of the area for times WHEN we had no internet service :) !!! The car was ready when we got there and they also had made a copy of exactly where to drop off the car (in a different city) The care was washed and clean with low mileage so no problems along the way....The tank was only half filled with gas, we could return with half a tank.10.0 Wonderful

I was able to book my rental with my credit card however when I went to pick up my rental the guy at the counter told me that you didn’t except my credit card and he would not even refund my money I had to actually call In and have you guys refund it through the Internet never would recommend nor use your company againHertz

Cons:
Hertz rented this vehicle to me in San Francisco with only enough gas for 30miles. (Gas stations are difficult to find in the city). Also they gave me a much smaller car than advertised for the same price, claiming that it was in the same class. I wanted a large SUV but was given a very small one with almost no storage.8.0 Very Good

Service was terrible. From arrival at the hertz office to the time I drove off was over 90 minutes and they weren't that busy. They would disappear into the back for 15 or 20 minutes for no apparent reason. Would avoid this location.4.4 Mediocre

When I finally got the car it was fine.Cons:
The complete lack of organization of the staff. Clearly, not trained. When I arrived there were 30 people were standing or sitting and not in any particular order. There was no way to determine who was first or 30th. I organized the people by asking who should be first , second and so forth...the mob responded and we self selected each party into an organized line.. The facility ran out of cars. The staff would not communicate to anyone. Running around and not knowing what to do The whole experience was embarrassing to me as many foreign people were there and they could not believe the chaos.. .U-Save
