Pros:
The staff were extremely helpful. I ended up changing my reservation to an earlier time with no cost, then was unable to make it in that early due to unexpected circumstances. They ended up adjusting it so I could bring it back later on my return date, which they didn’t have to do. Staff is very friendly and laid back. Will definitely come back to this location.Cons:

The staff really Did their best to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle and their serviceCons:
They did not have the car I reserved for me because they were busy. My pickup wait time was about an hour. The tire pressure light was in the whole drive to LA. Then on the drive down a notice for an oil Change came up. There also wasn’t any wiper fluid.10.0 Wonderful

The pick up took longer due to a women in front of me having issues wither her car and my car also was not ready by my pick up time. The tire pressure signal came on almost immediately after picking up the rental.2.0 Poor

They did not have a car for me - or for at least two couples who had arrived ahead of me. They did not have a car for me the following day, either, and just shrugged their shoulders and said "there are no cars". At that late date, I wasn't able to find a rental car at another agency, either. Given that I had made the reservation several months ago and paid upfront, I found this completely unacceptable and will never rent from them again.Sixt
