It seems like Hertz and KAYAK are not in sync with each other. I did everything online and when I when I arrived to pick up at Hertz they were asking for a $250 deposit. I told them that I had already booked online and everything was set but they argued that they are not the same company and what I did online has nothing to do with their company. 1) I was not aware I had booked a car as your app never communicated that my transaction went through. So my co-worked rented one instead. Overall a REALLY BAD app experience! Took quite a long time at the rental car counter and they tried to give us the hard sell on getting us to buy more insurance. Not a great experience.Reviewed 10 Jan 2024

The Agency is right on the airport so fairly easy to access. I did not know that manager's choice of cars included electric cars that are required to be fully charged back to the facility. This is almost an impossible feat unless you are planning to spend a few hrs near the airport just to charge the car back. Also, staffing shortages at car return force me to just leave the car. Have not received an acknowledgement of my car return just yet(3 days later). That is making me a bit uncomfortable.Reviewed 9 Oct 2023

The initial man I was directed to didn’t care to listen to the specifics of my situation, told me to book the rental online first even though I was standing right in front of him and he could’ve booked something for me. In the middle of me booking a car, he went on break. So I ended up being helped by two other people. The initial cost of my booking was over $900 for three days because I was going to return the car at a different city, but one of the other ladies helped me adjust my booking to accommodate my need. Overall I didn’t feel very welcomed, but the first guy (taller, skinny, dark skin, maybe Mexican) isn’t a professional, he doesn’t know how to maturely interact with customers. The other two ladies that helped me (one larger black woman with braids, the other was a smaller skinny black woman with an Afro and long red nails) were so nice and helpful. They could tell I wasn’t being assisted and jumped in. I’ll probably avoid this location in the future.Reviewed 7 Nov 2021
