The check-in process took forever. It was a large line and at the beginning the attendance. Chatting among each other, Delaying the process. Finally, a young man came in. And checked in as many people as the previous to attendance did together. I’ve been to this car rental before, and it brought a memory of the last time we experience the same thing. I prepaid for my car only to get to the counter and wait for just under an hour. Once assigned a car, I again waited because I was then told my car was double booked. I finally got a car, and it was a great car. However, after turning it in on time I was charged for 3 additional days because they had me down as driving a completely different car. Definitely will Pay More next time and rent from someone else.Reviewed 23 Apr 2024

Staff was very nice. Wait was long. This facility is not like most rental car places in the airport, where they give you a slot number and you walk out to a lot of cars ready to go. They have to call someone to bring a car up, wait for the vehicle to be brought up before they can finish inputting your reservation and when there’s 20 people in line it’s very time-consuming so so be prepared to wait. Also, they couldn’t give me a total cost with insurance and additional add-ons until I put my credit card in and ran it. That was super bogus!!!Reviewed 3 Mar 2024
