Pros:
No record of reservtaion upon arrival. Clerk stated no cars available, then ameneded it to only minivans available. I insisted on being given a minivan. Was told it would take 45 minutes for it to be prepared. Fuel tank half full. Nothing in paperwork to reflect this. I took photo of mileage and fuel tank.Cons:

Pros:
No record of reservation for rental when I arrived. Clerk said no cars available. After I wouldn't leave without a car, clerk told me minivans were available, but it would take 45 minutes to prepare it for rental. Gas tank was half full. More complicated than that. Eventually got things straightened out , but took way too much of my time-and money-I returned it with more gas than was in the tank when I picked it up.Cons:

This was the only avenue for getting a car during March due to spring break and the influx of travelers due to Florida's open state status. We appreciated the price and the ability to return on the other coast of Florida.6.0 Okay

Drop off super easy but noted a chip in windshield which was there when I rented. Company later apologised.Cons:
Only one employee present who could process, get a car and do inspection at one time and as quickly and non attentive to detail as would allow. There should be more than one counter person.2.0 Poor

Pick up was poor. Received email directing me to pick up location at ritz Carlton that had been closed for months. Wasted 25 minutes going there to be directed back to original pick up location. Car was ready over an hour later than reserved.2.0 Poor

On the day I was supposed to pick up the rental, I called to see if I can get the car early. Instead they canceled my reservation and said they did not have any cars, and when I asked if they could give me any vehicle type, did not have to be the van I requested, they said I cannot be helped and to try another place.10.0 Wonderful

It was a 1 man staff and he was busy but he was fine. We changed the return date and that was handled very easily.Cons:

The staff was confusing, rude, added extra charges to rental, had to drive back to naples to figure out why because the local office wouldn't answer the phone and the national office has no customer service on weekends. Chevy spark was not a great car, but was economy priced. Beyond that, the brakes were a little weirdCons:
