Available at the Southwest Airport was nil. Had to go to local airport to get your car. To be fair it was a one day notice request.

Pros:

This was the only avenue for getting a car during March due to spring break and the influx of travelers due to Florida's open state status. We appreciated the price and the ability to return on the other coast of Florida.

Cons:

The service light was on and the car would shake at 55mph. It smelled like cologne too. I called to switch it out and they were not able to accommodate me.

Pros:

Drop off super easy but noted a chip in windshield which was there when I rented. Company later apologised.

Cons:

Only one employee present who could process, get a car and do inspection at one time and as quickly and non attentive to detail as would allow. There should be more than one counter person.

worst experience ever! staff on airport road naples south was RUDE, NON HELPING, IGNORED CONVERSATION, NO CAR READY AS BOOKED, MALE STAFF WAS SNARLING BAD LANGUAGE AND REMARKS; I WILL NEVER WALK IN YOUR FACILITY AGAIN!!!!

We had two issues. First was the pick up of the car at the Naples Airport. There was no one at the counter for 45 minutes after our scheduled pick up time. There was a line of people five people deep that have been waiting for an hour. No one in the building seem to know if there was an Alamo person available to get us our cars that day. When the gentleman who was the manager did show up he said he’d had to deliver A. Car to someone. So clearly, there is a staffing problem. The manager himself was just fine, but we had to pick someone up at the airport at a certain time and missed that time. The second issue we had was we rented a minivan because we needed to transport six people. We were told we could have a jeep instead that only held for people. Thank goodness I went out to the lot to look at it before we agreed. So then we had to wait another 30 minutes for a minivan to get washed. It really shouldn’t take two hours to pick up a rental car at the Small local airport. We were very disappointed and we use another Car Rental company next time

Pros:

Car was clean. Drop off was easy

Cons:

Pick up was poor. Received email directing me to pick up location at ritz Carlton that had been closed for months. Wasted 25 minutes going there to be directed back to original pick up location. Car was ready over an hour later than reserved.

Cons:

On the day I was supposed to pick up the rental, I called to see if I can get the car early. Instead they canceled my reservation and said they did not have any cars, and when I asked if they could give me any vehicle type, did not have to be the van I requested, they said I cannot be helped and to try another place.

Pros:

It was a 1 man staff and he was busy but he was fine. We changed the return date and that was handled very easily.

Cons:

He was all by himself so we had to wait a little while but he did all he could to get it done .

Pros:

The staff was confusing, rude, added extra charges to rental, had to drive back to naples to figure out why because the local office wouldn't answer the phone and the national office has no customer service on weekends. Chevy spark was not a great car, but was economy priced. Beyond that, the brakes were a little weird

Cons:

Better communication about add-ons. Hertz offering weekend customer service. Getting my permission to add charges on.
