Pros:
The staff accused me of incurring damages on the car when I dropped it off. The damages were existing slight scratches that I didn't even notice when I picked the car. They reported it as an accident to my insurance and forced me to file a claim against them. Besides the extra stress of potentially running late to my flight after 30 min of arguing with them, I had to deal with follow up and an "accident" on my record. I will never rent from them again.Cons:
If they are going to hold me accountable for minor scratches, they should provide a small card at check in that allows me to record existing damages or otherwise sign off that there was no existing scratches.2.0 Poor

They didn't have the car I requested. They did not try to find a replacement or help me find one. All they did is suggest i take an Uber to the airport since they have a bigger fleet there.7.2 Good

Very slow pick up process. They also wanted proof of my current auto insurance plan. I don’t carry that with me when traveling. A manager told the desk worker that she could waive that requirement.6.8 Okay

Cons:
My girlfriend and I each have insurance policies that extend coverage to rentals. When my girlfriend picked up the car from the enterprise office, the employee would not let her take it without the additional coverage. She repeatedly insisted, contrary to enterprise policy, that the insurance was mandatory. Subsequently the rental rate almost tripled. When I found out I immediately contacted the enterprise office. I was told they would call me back before the close of business that day, which never happened. I will be pursuing recourse with enterprises corporate office and kayak.Avis

The Avis location that DID have a car was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.Cons:
The Avis location where I was supposed to pick up my car claimed to have tried to call me to say no car was available but there was no record on my phone to back it up. I had to go to another location to get a car and the original price was no longer valid. I paid 33% more than expected.9.6 Wonderful

Finally a guaranteed reservation! Either I've had a string of bad luck but whenever I rent a minivan I never get what I ask for even when I make a reservation in a month's advance. This time I received my choice and with no delays. Check in and out service was painless and professional.Cons:
Too good to be true when I received the bill. I was quoted and guaranteed a rate of $75 but when I returned the vehicle I noticed I was charged $91. Some bogus maintenance fee I was hit with which I eventually got reimbursed on but my experience would've been exceptional until I received the bill. Overall I was still satisfied.6.0 Okay

If you are going to mandate a mask policy you should provide mask for those who either don't have one or left theirs at home. Having to go find a mask somewhere in order to enter your establishment is very inconvenient!8.0 Very Good

Pros:
The Chevy Equinox was an easy SUV to drive. Seat with lumbar adjustment was a dream. Navigation screen was a nice size and easy to use. Sales folks were friendly and helpful.Cons:
Car could have been cleaner, inside and out. Car had dings and scrapes and a scraping issue when the trunk closed. There was no assistance or guide on how to use features. I had stopped by the day before to make sure I knew where the location was and to make sure the reservation was complete. When I came the next day they said I needed proof of comprehensive ins coverage, not a ins card. Because of time constraints I ended up having to purchase their ins which almost double the cost of the rental; a first in my rental history.Priceless
