They didn't have the car I requested. They did not try to find a replacement or help me find one. All they did is suggest i take an Uber to the airport since they have a bigger fleet there.7.2 Good

Very slow pick up process. They also wanted proof of my current auto insurance plan. I don’t carry that with me when traveling. A manager told the desk worker that she could waive that requirement.6.8 Okay

Cons:
My girlfriend and I each have insurance policies that extend coverage to rentals. When my girlfriend picked up the car from the enterprise office, the employee would not let her take it without the additional coverage. She repeatedly insisted, contrary to enterprise policy, that the insurance was mandatory. Subsequently the rental rate almost tripled. When I found out I immediately contacted the enterprise office. I was told they would call me back before the close of business that day, which never happened. I will be pursuing recourse with enterprises corporate office and kayak.7.6 Good

I called a closer location to see if they had availability and they said they did, when I got there they didn't have any cars and told me it would be 3 hours before they had a car for me.Avis

The Avis location that DID have a car was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.Cons:
The Avis location where I was supposed to pick up my car claimed to have tried to call me to say no car was available but there was no record on my phone to back it up. I had to go to another location to get a car and the original price was no longer valid. I paid 33% more than expected.6.0 Okay

Finally a guaranteed reservation! Either I've had a string of bad luck but whenever I rent a minivan I never get what I ask for even when I make a reservation in a month's advance. This time I received my choice and with no delays. Check in and out service was painless and professional.Cons:
Too good to be true when I received the bill. I was quoted and guaranteed a rate of $75 but when I returned the vehicle I noticed I was charged $91. Some bogus maintenance fee I was hit with which I eventually got reimbursed on but my experience would've been exceptional until I received the bill. Overall I was still satisfied.6.0 Okay

Wasn't able to pick up my car the day I had signed up for it. Price ended up increasing dramatically. Also, signed up for insurance level that I needed, when wife picked up car pushed insurance package on her that ended up doubling the price of the rental.10.0 Wonderful
