This location is well off site and does not provide transportation to/from the airport. Plan on a $50 Uber each way.6.8 Okay

When we had a car problem it took 2.5 hours and 6 employees on six different calls, 2 different locations because we were sent to one that he no cars- all to get a new rental car. Very frustrating.10.0 Wonderful

None. Worst service ever. Car was not available when I showed up for pickup, even with a confirmed reservation that I paid for days in advance. In the end, I ended up wasting 6 hours to find an alternative rental, which was impossible on a Saturday.Cons:
Hertz needs to review their customer service and look into this branch location by the Galleria. Very bad service.10.0 Wonderful
