The entire experience was so very painless, from the car counter check in, the pickup, and the drop-off. All employees were so very helpful that you can tell that they enjoy their work. The pick up process was a constant up sell opportunity for the staff at all parts of the process. The car had more damage than was noted and it took about an hour to get it noted. All workers except for the front desk were contractors and acted like they didn't know what to do as they were not sixt employees. Got wrong information more than once and then just a signed note to bring back at the end of the rental period.Reviewed 19 Aug 2022

Customer service and staff were very friendly. Both cars I received were dirty with spilled drinks and what have you on door seats and console. Left over food in door bins damage not reported by previous renter and after tell someone about was not noted and I am being blamed for the damage. Hard to get a hold of a person live on the phone. 1888 number kept telling me to email. Roadside was not available when needed had to wait til the next morningReviewed 4 Aug 2022
