Pros:Everything about this experience was amazing. Customer Service was top. They took care of us both before and after the rental. Pros:NOCons:They could have a way for costumers to pick up their car at least a few hours after closing at 12:00 am. Our flight had a delay, we were at the counter at 12:25 and they were closed. Cost me an extra 150 dollars to get to my hotel and back to rent a car the next day. I obviously selected another company. Their must be a solution to this SIXT!!!!Reviewed 11 Jun. 2021

Pros:The car was OK!Cons:Well let's begin by I don't write too many reviews hardly ever but when there is wrong I need to speak. Sixt doesn't give you a receipt they give you a small piece of paper with the car facts no prices. There phone number is not listed plus the local branch doesn't answer the phone nor does their 800 # customer service so they want all communications by email I wrote them 2 days ago no reply! I filled the gar up with gas , I had it 2 days so it was clean like I got it , I checked it in on this location you leave it at the Bldg.roof top no one there to check you in. So when you down 8 floors on an elevator to their ground office there is one (1) young man again he gives me a paper no final itemized prices basically the same as the rsv. I ask him for a rceipt he said it would be emailed to me. I replied i need it now please because I have to turn in my expense report. He replies well if you want to wait a couple of hours ( smart answer) I said are you kidding? He says it takes 24-48 hrs for a final receipt so if the final receipt is incorrect good luck talking to one to fix it. I finally spoke to a mgr.in FLL and he said they changed to this policy a while back. I have been renting cars for over 43 years as I am seasoned biz traveler and never had experienced a rental car company want to deliberately keep the customer in the dark about their tota rental costs! I did receive an email but it was a sub total cost plus 1 tax so they don't want to break it down itemized. I reserved for 3 days and returned it in 2 days , they are charging almost the same amount clearly incorrect. I have written and the auto reply email says someone will get ahold of me, maybe this review will wake someone up! I have rented from Sixt before so it is not me my 1st time , they were not like this. All other customer companies have customer service answer their phones to resolve issues like this and they have a recording on the ir 800# dues to the pandemic ( of course) they are not taking calls. In summary I hope they get it together because otherwise they will loose customers. Please call me!Reviewed 5 Jun. 2021
