Pick up was great! Had the car ready we had asked for. Unfortunately the guy at the counter changed my drop off time from my reservation so they tried to charge us an extra two hours when we returned the car. The man who was there helped out and was able to make sure we were not overcharged. I appreciate him but wish the other guy hadn’t done that on the front end.Reviewed 5 Jan 2025

Before departure the counter added a whole day to the rental along with an extension surcharge even though our rental was for the period as booked - 4 days and 3 hours. Ace staff said that i couldn't decline all coverages even with my GEICO and AAdvantage credit card coverages. These added charges came with their own increased taxes and airport fees on top. We had reserved a compact car (Corolla or similar) for four people and luggage (2 large, 2 small suitcases) and they were short on cars and tried to have us leave in a Mustang convertible (two door) and tried to say that the trunk was the same size as a Corolla. The next vehicle they tried to put us in was a Nissan Murano which had a door that couldn't be open from the inside due to the child safety latch being broken and stuck-engaged. Finally, a new Kia Forte that just came back from the wash with only 500 miles on it was presented to us and we took it. This entire process took 45 minutes, starting 15 minutes before our rental period and without a proper vehicle key in hand until 30 minutes into our booking period.Reviewed 22 Feb 2024

I was not treated well! I believe is a scam because how they try to ask all kinds of proof of insurance and stuff like that which doesn’t make sense.
