Not great. Spent forever on a pickup at the airport. then spent forever getting a car at the site. landed at 9, drove away in a car at noon. got there and most customers were angry about something. no one was being helped. my guess is poor organization and management. i overheard an employee call over the radio saying it was getting crowded at the counter. the response on the radio was to stop picking people up at the airport. i couldnt believe i heard that, and it explains why the shuttle driver kept waiving as he passed me by without picking me up. to me, the right answer is to fix what was happening at the site/desk instead. they did give me an upgrade which is why i gave 2 stars instead of 1. also, i highly recommend videoing your car in detail at pickup. they tried to charge me for something that was already there.

They sold out all their cars regardless of me having a confirmed reservation, then the only car they had was a mustang and wouldn’t honor the fee I had booked originally, the customer service at the counter was deplorable as well and very rude

I was treated very well in Myrtle Beach, S C. The pickup in West Palm Beach was less than adequit. I had to mention how dirty the car windows were. The lease person did take it through a car wash. I had to ask for paper towels to dry the windshield. Not Budgets falt directly but...

Intermediate SUV

Experian entered the wrong Budget office on my confirmation. It should have been the Palm Beach Airport facility. Therefore I was unable to get the great rate for an SUV that Experian offered. I ended up with a small Corolla and had to pay $100 more for the rental. I have always rented cars from Budget, but I will have to consider another rental car company the next time I travel.

The experience was horrible. To pick up the car I had to wait about 45 minutes because there was one clerk in about 30 people in line. The clerk was not happy. She was very rude and then the car as soon as we got in needed an oil change And didn’t come with formats. It was just not a good experience would never rent from that rental hub again.

Overall it was fine, but the car was dirty, picking up the person working the desk was unfriendly and extremely unhelpful basically doing the bare minimum and not well. The lady at the exit was better, but it wasn’t an easy and pleasant experience. The car was filthy both inside and out, with trash from previous use still in it, and cracks in the windshield and unwashed exterior.

I usually rented a car at a rental agency at the airport Pam Beach International. This time, I decided to rent from an Enterprise agency located 2 miles from the airport given that it offered a price lower than the one at the airport. I was happy with the two staff at checkout (I would have given a poor rating if it were not for these 2 staff). I drove the car home 10 miles away at 12:30 p,m. and drove back to the airport at 5 p.m. to pick up my family. As soon as I got off the highway I-95 to get to the airport, I heard the thumping of a flat tire . Fortunately, I was next to a gas station and was able to park at the station. I then found out that the tire just split and found myself all shook up and distressed. A limousine driver who parked his car near by came over and mentioned that he had never seen such a case of a split tire and told me that it would have killed me if it happened while I was driving at 55 mph on I-95. I took pictures of the tire and called Enterprise Road Assistance who gave me instructions to lock the car and keep the key since I was not able to wait for the tow truck in the mental condition I was in. Next day, I called the Enterprise agency where I rented the car from. One of the managers I talked to did not seem to comprehend the seriousness of the situation where I could have been injured or worse. He told me that he would cancel my contract and gave me one day credit for future rental. One week later, I returned the key to the same manager who told me that I should have left the key in the car even though Enterprise Road Assistance told me to keep the key. The instructions are contradictory. I also found out that my contract was not yet canceled until one week later when I returned the key. The attitude of the manager is un-friendly and not welcoming. I would not go back to this Enterprise location.

I've got a family of five and we were traveling for our spring break trip to Florida. Our flight was delayed getting in. When we arrived (12:30 am) all rental car busses were still running, except Enterprise/National. Another bus driver (AVIS) pointed us to a sign with an after hours telephone number to call for Enterprise/National. The number wasn't valid. Then the AVIS driver, after making another lap, saw us still standing and he offered to take us to the Enterprise lot, which he did. I tipped him $40. When we arrived the security guard was the only one there. He told me everyone working the store had been gone for a while. Luckily the AVIS bus hadn't pulled away and I was able to get him to take us back to the airport, now after 1 am. Only one cab driver came by. I flagged him down and paid him another $40 cash to take us to our hotel. We arrived so late my original room was no longer available. I spent the night on a couch too small to sleep on. Early the next morning I paid another $20 for an UBER to take me back to the Enterprise lot. A pleasant associate greeted me and introduced me to the manager. That woman was pleasant, but another manager there was aloof and rude, and very defensive about them not waiting on me the night before even though the other rental car brands did stay open and service their customers.

Cons:

1. The after hours telephone number should work. It's not even a valid number. 2. The store should have stayed open and a shuttle should have been running. 3. They could have refunded me the $100 cash I spent because they didn't stay open.

Bait and switch never had a convertible I reserved and didn’t even have a car ready or available . Do yourself a favor and rent a car at airport or elsewhere ! This place was awful and a lie . Had small kids with us tired after a flight and. This was ridiculous! The cars they did have coming in were banged up and smelly and gross !

Kayak offered rentals that are not available in my city. The closest location is 60 to 90 min away. So when I went to pick up the 2, 15 passenger vans my husband and I reserved for a big sports trip THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE.

People mover

Cons:

I chose the airport location and it brought me to a privately owned location. They didn’t have the vehicle I rented and gave me another. I had to take my car to the car was immediately after renting the vehicle. Communicate clearly Clean cars inside and out Take similar out your vocabulary and find a way to rent people the cars they want.
