The vehicle I booked was not actually available. I called the day before when I received an emailed showing a 7 passenger instead of a 12 passenger van. After speaking with 2 different people, 2 different phone calls and over an hour - mostly on hold. They promised me it would be resolved and it was NOT!Reviewed 6 June 2026

I pay the car insurance with kajak once i tried to get the car they told me that my insurance was not accepted and i had to buy another insurance. I felt like being scammed by you guys. So i lost money thanks to you . Bad experience..Reviewed 27 May 2026

Forced to pay for upgrade when car rented online not available. On the day I needed to return, the office was locked when it was scheduled to be open, and several people were waiting to rent cars. 0 stars. However, the employee and manager I met when renting were very nice and made the best out of a tricky situation where online rentals allowed to proceed when cars not on the lot. 1 star for each.Reviewed 27 May 2026

Terrible customer service on pick up time , really rude attendant , after I decline insurance coverage she changed her tone . She told me gas was 6.50 within a 5 mile radius from airport to get the gas plan , I didn’t I put gas for 4.19 , she was deceiving .Reviewed 24 May 2026
