Pros:I rented car in spain,after explaining to customer service person that I would be doing quite a bit of driving she suggested an upgrade. I got a larger car that used diesel,a bit less expensive and better mileage.It worked out better for us,since 3 of us were traveling and all suitcases were able to fit in trunk.Happy with my rental.Reviewed 16 Sept 2018

This is a scamCons:Hi, I went to Madrid Airport to pick up my car with the price of 140 EUR and an insurance that I already paid for 55$. But when I went to the agent desk, he told me that the insurance is fake and that I have to pay almost 450 EUR for both car rent and insurance which was completely outrageous. In the end, I had to cancel my booking. Please fix this or terminate your contract with companies like Thrifty which will only bring a bad name to your reputation.Reviewed 27 Aug 2018
