Pros:The car was nice. And complimentary shuttle was great.Cons:Customer service could have been better, it did not feel that welcoming. When shuttling having my information to verify we aren’t getting into a strangers car would have felt safer. When going over the pre damages on the car before I leave I felt that it would be more beneficial for them to come out and inspect the car with me rather than me doing it alone. Security deposit amount needs to be listed because that was a surprise. But we enjoyed the car and returning it was easy. I just feel that those other things I mentioned need to be worked on.Reviewed 10 May 2020

Pros:The rate was great and I like that they had Toyota Sequoias.Cons:The pick-up drop off is a little clunky. The exterior signs at the airport do not say Advantage, the driver for another company explained that one shuttle picked up for Advantage and the other. And I know that this is not necessarily Advantage's fault but when you google Advantage Airport another location in SLC shows up.Reviewed 9 Dec 2019

Pros:Pickup is by shuttle that stops at the airport Rental Car office for other brands. Return to that office offsite is navigable by Google mapping.Cons:Satisfied with rental. Mid Size SUV reserved was Toyota Rav4 but substituted with Mitsubishi Outlander of equivalent size, also 4WD.Reviewed 9 Dec 2019

Pros:Drop off was easyCons:Upon pickup staff was rude and even though I reserved and paid for one thing was told that I could not have that unless I paid more because I wasn’t from out of town. There should be additional questions when booking so that you are aware of the price diu long upon pickup and so you’re not thinking the price you paid at reservation was it when it wasn’t. Pros:The manager did make corrections to fix the problems and was very kind.Cons:The car was very dirty at pickup outside. Full of scratches and a cigarette burn hole in the seat. They charged an upgrade charge without permission and a fuel charge w/o permission. Cons:The Salt Lake City airport closed early without contacting me or giving me any kind of notice and so I was at the airport frantically trying to figure out transportation. Pros:The drop-off was simple. Getting the car was difficult. Agent used an opt-out method for additional options, ie do you want the limited insurance or full insurance coverage. After watching the Salt Lake City news, I agree with the complaints against Advantage Rental Car.Cons:Be clearer when offering options. I would up with the Fuel option even though I never take the option and return the car with a full tank of gas. Fortunately, the returning agent credited the option when she saw the full tank of gas.Reviewed 3 Sept 2019
