Alamo had National run the counter. National's customer service was terrible. Separately, Kayak further should notify customers they must have a credit card NOT a debit card to rent a car if returning to a location that is not the pickup location. This negatively impacted my experience with KAYAK such that I cannot trust their services when critical details get skipped.Reviewed 27 Dec 2024

Does not accept debit card at this location, those other locations do, so I was left to find a last minute alternative. Will never order from Alamo again.Reviewed 26 Dec 2023

Worst experience with an agent in a long time. She was on her personal cell while customers were waiting - said she had some “personal drama” but she was the only agent there which made everyone wait forever.Reviewed 12 Nov 2023
