Alamo engages in shady business tacticsPros:Car was clean and in good condition.Cons:Alamo refused to honor the terms of the contract that we initially established with them and for which they accepted payment (i.e. Fraud) because the reservation primary driver was not the person that paid the prepaid amount (despite that person being present, with ID and credit card used, at the time of pickup). They proceeded to establish a new reservation at a higher rate, refusing to honor the original rate (i.e. Bait & Switch) of the reservation. It took a significant amount of time with multiple customer service agents at both check-in and check-out to get them to abide by the original terms of the agreement. Very questionable business practices, I have to wonder how many other people who were not willing to go through the hassle of dealing with their byzantine customer service system have been overcharged because of this.Reviewed 23 June 2017
