Cons:At first they weren’t going to lease us the car because they said we had no flight at the airport. Then They gave us a huge hassle about the credit card and the drivers and tacked on so many fees. By the time we were done we had no choice but to pay double what we had booked for.Reviewed 3 July 2019

Pros:NoneCons:I wasnt even able to book due to my credit card and license is not on the same country, the experience of going there and getting rejected was horrible, good thing other rentals are at the same building. Toll hostage scam in TexasPros:Car was nice and published price was low. Rental office was in the DFW airport.Cons:10 day rental and they tell me Texas tolls are unavoidable and impossible to pay while driving. So they offer/charge me $100 for a toll-pass so I won't have to pay countless $25 fines to EZ car for each $1 toll road I take. I'm upset with Texas and with EZ car rental for such a shady situation. I declined the $100 charge and am holding my breath for random charges.Reviewed 22 June 2017

NOT-Easy Rent-A-CarPros:When I returned the car the agent was delightful and helpful.Cons:The agent at the desk when I rented was rude and impatient and condescending about my insurance. I paid for a toll pass for easy transit in and around Dallas toll roads but wasn't informed that it wouldn't work on the airport toll gates even though I was renting the car at the airport. I called for assistance and was told everything would be OK and then couldn't get out of the airport without paying with my credit card. NOT- EASY!Reviewed 9 May 2017
