The young man at the counter was great very friendly and personable! However the lady that was working there with him was extremely rude and nasty! Her attitude is horrible for no apparent reason and does not have the personality to work around a customer service based business! A better job for her would be cleaning toilets or sweeping out the parking lot away from people where she can be angry by herselfReviewed 30 Jan 2024

Last drop of the person cleaning came in when working on making another back to back reservation while my car is in the shop since a week or so before winter break started. They tried to make a big deal about some pet hair on the driver’s floor mat. That and the location was incoming me that the hold charge was 175% of my rental plus the total for days I made reservation for. At all the other locations, even using a debit card, the hold amount was max $200 in addition to the rental amount.Reviewed 3 Jan 2024

The truck was clean. They did NOT have the vehicle that I requested. Did not downgrade the price and pickup was suppose to be at 1, received vehicle a 1:45 and was informed that it had to be back at 1 regardless of when it was checked out. Returned the vehicle 30 minutes early and was charged an additional $20. Will never rent from them again.Reviewed 16 Oct 2023

The agent was particularly rude and they had sold out of cars for the day, even though I had booked weeks ago. She sent me to another Budget facility, which was much more pleasant, but I also had a long wait there. I would not recommend Budget.Reviewed 17 Sept 2022

The first car we had reeked of marijuana and we had to drive 30 miles round trip to swap it out for a car that had a slight smell of smoke with cigarette burns in the seat. I hope you are charging these people for smoking in the cars then you can clean them properly for the next customer.Reviewed 13 Sept 2022
