Great staff on arrival - friendly and warm - vehicle as advertised. A few bits and pieces broken - the wireless charger was ripped out. Reason for the ordinary rating was the badly damaged tyre that was on the car at pick up. We didn’t notice at first, but within a few hours something didn’t feel ideal. On inspection, the tire already had yellow markings all over it (the entire wheel, clearly deliberately done). Shouldn’t have been rented in the first place, took three days to get it changed due to Christmas, although the staff at Heathrow were very helpful trying to assist. All up would’ve been great if the vehicle wasn’t a danger to start with!Reviewed 4 Jan 2025
