Cons:My car broke down in Wilmington, Delaware and I had to wait over an hour for a tow truck. The agent on the phone couldn't find any location for me to get a replacement. Cons:I made a reservation for a particular model of car. Once I arrived, the car I reserved was not available. Not only I receive no compensation for this, but I had to pay more money in order to get an upgrade which I was not interested in but was the only thing available. horrible customer service unfortunatelyPros:The carCons:Everything else. It was extremely disappointing. They didnt process my contract even thought they promised me I could switch my credit card. They said they couldn’t get ahold of the other office and there was nothing they could do I and I should call them myself. I called and left messages and haven’t heard anything in 18 hours. They promised 24 and I’m not feeling confident about it. The associate literally didn’t even say sorry—it was such a bummer to spend money on that.
