It was easy to find and the staff were friendly. The car I got was smaller than advertised (said 4 bags, more like 2 fit) so they tried to upsell me to an electric car of the same model which also didn’t work. They then switched me to another car which was decent but by that time it had been an hour of figuring things out. When I returned the vehicle at the time I left they still charged me for an extra day. Total rip off!Reviewed 29 Apr 2026

Didn’t realize it was an electric car - asked to pay to switch to a hybrid or gas’s due to planned long drive. Staff member refused & was rude. Didn’t try to understand & kept speaking in French even though I asked for English. Gave small electric car with NO charging cord & the charging port on the car didn’t match any of the charging ports available on the road or in the town we visited. We spent more time looking for & staying at a charging station than we did being able to do our planned tours of the area. Agent didn’t explain return process for an early morning return & I circled the airport twice before figuring it out.Reviewed 1 Dec 2025

Got a WAY smaller car than we were supposed too, it did not fit our luggage and kids. It smelt AWFUL in it. Charged me $400 after the fact with no explanation, no bill, no breakdown of why. The car was clean, and virtually sat on a driveway for 10 days minus the drive to and from the airport (5 hours each way). Horrendous pick up service.Reviewed 15 Nov 2024

Pick up and the airport was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had more luggage than expected to had to size up. Car was dirty which made condition difficult to assess. Luckily I took photos as they went over it with a fine tooth comb at drop off. My son was a little sick in the car so they charged for cleaning. Fair enough but £135 felt like a lot for what was probably going to be 5 mins with bucket of hot water.Reviewed 9 July 2024

Great vehicles at great prices, but their policies are not clearly stated to the point of being confusing to their own staff. During pickup two form of government IDs were required, and a physical credit card was required instead of a card on an electronic wallet. Neither of these two important policies are clearly expressed during the reservation of the vehicle and were found out only once at the counter. This caused aloud family a three hour delay in the middle of our vacation.Reviewed 7 July 2024
