Other than needing a bit more content on the IFE, Japan Air Premium Economy is amazing! It includes lounge access, and other than not having lay flat seats, felt better than some business cabins I’ve been on.

I had forgotten to reserve a kid's meal for our kids (don't forget, parents) and they went well out of their way to make sure that the kids had food that they would like."

Cons: "I might have missed it but the useful information of the weather of the destination was not announced this trip. Some pilots make the flight more personal with their messages with their PA system. No need to be interrupted a movie we are enjoying for the promotion of inflight purchase though."
Spokane airport was easy to get through. Seattle having my arrival and international departure gate so close to each other was fantastic! The waiting area though was a bit confusing about where to sit for my gate.
2 hour connection time in Seoul to make plane to Bangkok. Giant security lineup. Lots of worry over making flight reduced joy of flying via KE/Incheon. This was a repeat of my flight in Nov 2022, so apparently is the new normal for KE. Flight was boarding after I was forced to jog what seemed to be 2 miles from security to my departure gate. Please fix this. I still cannot understand that if you have already been screened in Canada for dangerous items, and there is no opportunity to obtain any between one plane and the next, why you should be screened AGAIN.

Airport lounge for business class is too crowded and not comfortable. Poor foods and facilities. Boarding was delayed. A lot of coughing people in the flight even in the business class, which indicated poor screening and health risks.
The crew was so kind! I had such a nice flight ！
Seating wasn’t good at all with not much leg space in between. Fortunately it was a relatively short flight. Otherwise we would have struggled a lot. On board meal was pretty ordinary. It is sad to see the overall quality of this once superb airline has dropped so low.

Also, due to my partner having to swap seats, I was sat on my own next to strangers. They slept the whole way, so the crew never disturbed them meaning I missed out on food and drinks, even when asked"

Pros: "Our flight from LA to Tapei was outstanding. We were served 2 full meals and both meals exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. The entertainment options were decent, there were several TV shows with recent episodes available to watch as well as a good sized library of movies including some new releases."

Cons: "The boarding gate for the flight was very far. It literally took us almost 30 min to actually get into the plane from the gate to the plane. We had to take shuttle bus from the boarding gate to the plane. That's not safe and energy consuming. The flights attendants are not helpful. Every asking for a cup of water or coffee they take their time to get it. Never offer creamer and sugar with cup of coffee. Not everyone drinks their coffee blacks"

Cons: "The crew were very negligent in providing any water. You could get a drink during meal service, but they didn't come back around a single time for the remaineder of the 11 hour flight. My wife and I went to the back of the plane a couple of times to retrieve our own water. You couldn't depend on asking them for water either, as on two occasions they completely forgot about us. Very frustrating experience."
Meals was mis-served inspite of selecting vegetarian food! I was served non- veg in both flights ie., IAD to Dubai and Dubai to Hyderabad. Staff was not that friendly

Pros: "Business class on Emirates is always top-class. Very comfortable. Friendly crew. Easy boarding and disembarking. Good drinks. What's not to like?"
Cons: "Food was a less impressive menu due to COVID, more like what you'd get in economy class. But we can't blame the crew for not wanting to do close-up personal service like in the past, during a pandemic. We enjoyed another drink to make up for the lower quality food!"
