I believed this location was at MSY, but it was not. I had to take a 25 minute Uber ride to the actual location. I will need to be more careful on selecting next time. I was sure that I selected MSY. :(9.6 Wonderful

The location I booked my car at apparently rarely, if ever - has cars and I had to go to a different location to get my vehicle. The second location didn't open until an hour later so I had to wait and was then incredibly delayed for my trip.5.2 Fair

I liked the Bluetooth connection for the phone.Cons:
I did not like the basic functions of a car missing. No cruise control, arm rest, etc. Also, I was being charging more when I was only thirty minutes late to pick up rental. The pick up was very confusing, and the drop off was not organized. I will never rent from Hertz again.4.0 Mediocre

Despite making the reservation more than 24 hours in advance, and confirming on the way to pick up the car at the Hertz location at the Hyatt Regency, there was no car. The remote "expert" on the kiosk could do nothing about it.2.0 Poor

Very friendly staff. One staff member offered to even drive us to the airport for 10% less than an Uber so we didn't have to wait for one or move our luggage!Cons:
The woman we signed out papers with could have talked a bit slower. She spoke so quickly we had to ask multiple times for her to repeat herself. But she was very friendly and helpful!10.0 Wonderful

The staff was somewhat friendly but they are stuck in a fowl location and many of there customers are turned away and unhappy.Cons:
