We booked a car 1 week prior to travel. Arrived at the airport of our destination and called the rental car company in which they told us they were closed and had no more cars. Our pickup time was for 4 pm and apparently they close at 4 pm. Why would they allow us to book this? And Why weren’t we notified in advance there were no cars?2.0 Poor
