I called Payless to make sure I could pick up a car with my later flight (expected arrival time 10 pm), even though their office hours say they close at 10. The agent I spoke to said "that location allows for pick-up and drop-off 24/7. When I arrived 30 minutes late because of a delayed flight, the Payless counter was closed with a handwritten note to go to the Avis counter to pick up my car. After a 2 hour wait in the Avis rental line, I was required to rent a new car from Avis and was told they (the Avis counter) do not have access to the Payless inventory. Once you check in at the counter, you then have to go downstairs to get in yet another line so a car can be given to you. That's an extra step could be avoided to speed up the exit.Reviewed 29 Sept 2023

Cons:Everything, I never got the car I rented, I had to rent from Avis. Payless didn’t have any personal working. Could not pick up the vehicle, had to scramble to get to a meeting and rent another vehicle. When I tried to call Payless and remedy the problem, the wait time was over an hour to talk, I have yet to talk to a person to remedy the problem.Reviewed 15 May 2021

Pros:StaffCons:Signed up for a pick up truck to help load up things for my brothers wedding for the weekend. To my disappointment, they said they did not have any available. When we walked to the car, we saw so many pick up trucks that were in the parking garage. I then had another incident where I locked the keys in my car.
