Pros:The staff overall was great. It was very easy and fast.Cons:The car itself wasn't comfortable, it didn't drive well, and it wasn't the cleanest. And while I sanitized when I picked up just in case, I didn't see the drop-off guy sanitize anything before he got in and started touching the things I had just touched. Cons:The person at the front desk was very unhelpful. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing and tried to tell me that my credit card wasn’t working so she made me call my bank at 1:30am in the morning. My bank told her that there was nothing wrong with the card and that there wasn’t an issue on their end. She tried to argue with my bank and in the end it turned out that she had been doing something wrong. It was very stressful and frustrating. I would not rent from here again.Reviewed 30 May 2018

Cons:I had to wait for almost 2 hours to pick up the car, which is completely ridiculous. There were probably 100 people picking up cars Saturday morning and only 5 people working. Then budget overcharged me at drop off.Reviewed 20 Jul. 2020
