Pros:Pick-up and drop-off was a fairly simple process.Cons:When we received our car, the tire pressure light was on. We connected with an employee who filled the tires with air. When finished, the light was still on, but the employee said that "it's because the tires need some time to warm up" (it had snowed two days in a row previously). We had a car for a total of three days and two nights. The tire pressure light never turned off. I wish the employee had taken more care to look into the issue and/or escalate the matter so that we could receive a new car.Reviewed 22 Feb 2021

Pros:Picking up the car was easy the staff at Payless was very nice the car was super clean ran very smooth I didn’t even want to give up the car that’s how nice it was. The drop off was easy. Definitely recommend Payless to anyone thinking of using them I know this will not be my last time using there services.Cons:There could have been more staff working at the front desk when I went it was a long line outside with two people working the front desk there should be a line for people that is renting a car and for those that already rented and paid online instead of having to wait even though I paid online already other then that everything went smoothReviewed 19 Aug 2020

Pros:There was a 2-hour line for the car pick-up (some people waited 3+) despite everyone in line having ordered online already. The line literally wrapped around the building. If you only have 2 people manning the counter, rent out fewer cars.Reviewed 6 Aug 2020

Pros:I loved the car. I had requested a compact car, was offered a larger vehicle for an uncharge and I declined. I was given a Kia Soul. I'm not sure if that is considered a compact car or not, but it was great.Cons:There is lots that could be done better. 1) the directions find the rental car location that was provided was incorrect due to construction in the area and needs to be updated. 2) The agent was less than polite when she asked me if I wanted insurance and I told her that I already had some. 3) The signage in the rental car parking area is only painted on the ground, and there are no directional signs to assist in finding the area that you should be looking. 4) The agent sent me to the wrong car and when I was exiting the location, the gate attendant said 'this is the wrong car' but didn't do anything to solve the issue, leaving me to have to repark the car and find someone who could help me. 5) In the center console of the car was an empty water bottle and a used face mask—is this representative of the cover-19 safety measures Payless is upholding?Reviewed 21 July 2020
