No car ready, pornography type film playing in office. Car brought around after 45 mins waiting and it was full of garbage bags so had to wait a further 30mins Lady on desk very nice but really frustrated at guys dealing with cars. Also washing cars only last minute when customers are waiting is not good, we were an hour late to pick up vehicle and then it took 2 hours!! Disgraceful organisationReviewed 7 Jan 2025

They didn’t have any cars to give us, and their “system was down”. The only redeeming thing was that the location refunded me several days later after I called to cancel. But even that wasn’t a sure thing for several days.Reviewed 31 Oct 2024

Pros:Pick-up and drop-off was a fairly simple process.Cons:When we received our car, the tire pressure light was on. We connected with an employee who filled the tires with air. When finished, the light was still on, but the employee said that "it's because the tires need some time to warm up" (it had snowed two days in a row previously). We had a car for a total of three days and two nights. The tire pressure light never turned off. I wish the employee had taken more care to look into the issue and/or escalate the matter so that we could receive a new car.Reviewed 22 Feb 2021
