Flights to New York LaGuardia

Cons: Really tired of delays. Got to the airport, notified of a 90 minute delay. Then got delayed again after we were supposed to board... Like I didn't know it was delayed again. Then got delayed 1 last time before leaving. Delays happen, I get it, just be slightly more accurate and upfront

Cons: Take off could have been better. It was delayed, but pilot helped resolve the problem; so, it was fine.

Cons: If the flight left on time - I missed my connection

Cons: Very little. This was very smooth work.

Pros: The crew was pleasant and helpful

Cons: No free snacks just drinks! Its a four hr flight. We left late due to slow boarding and they were slow to load baggage. The legroom is just too small for a flight over 2 hrs

Pros: Nothing much to write home about, but I didn't worry about anything in particular during my 4hr flight from Edmonton to Toronto.

Cons: The crew were not too courteous, but I've come to expect a little bit of cheery happiness from them after flying porter. Not sure I'd complain about this, though. The food was the highlight. The only vegetarian option was mac-n-cheese, and it was horrid. I didn't even try finishing it.

Pros: New Zealand Air staff were friendly, informative and courteous throughout the entire flight! I was floored by their service and by what was offered. They even worked to arrange for people to move around (some were packed 4 to a row, but there was plenty of space throughout the craft).

Pros: The crew was great but the seats were not.

Cons: Roomier seats and meals should be served a little bit closer in between

Pros: Amazing crew and Ground staff. Check in and bag check in was really smooth and fast.

Cons: Maybe some more options of snacks. In flight entertainment was not working so can’t say much about it.

Cons: Being near the back of the plane we missed out on all the food options except for the chicken wrap which was horrible. You ran out of everything else.

Cons: Our original flight was cancelled and we were not notified by justfly. Just fly also accepted the flights on our behalf so it mean we couldn't chose the new flights

Pros: One member of the crew did her best to treat me as a premium FF member. That was about it.

Cons: Qantas really screwed up the operational management of this flight resulting in a long delay into Sydney and then a further delay to Brisbane. Getting the water weight and balance right is FLIGHTOPS 101, but not for this B Team. Much of the flight delay was completely avoidable.

Pros: Nothing. I flu form FLL to Yul and back. I have 3 hours delay each time. At the beginning they announce 1 hour and after that nothing. No explanation why.

Cons: Continued. In my way back my seat was on the back of the plain. As soon I take my seat an urine smell hit my nose. All passengers around me complain about same issue. Cons: Crew skipped our isle for drinks, couldn’t be bothered to come back. Didn’t respond to call lights. Flight was overcrowded, poor guy behind me couldn’t even fit in his seat, had to keep his legs in the aisle and fold them in ever time someone went by.
