A little overwhelmedPros:All the employees were very pleasant and wanting to help.Cons:They had over booked or didn't have the capacity to handle a large event while I was there. They claimed their computer system wasn't operating correctly and anyone who had reserved a car that day would not be receiving one bc they didn't have any in stock. I had luckily made a reservation a while back so was not affected but there were a lot of justifiably angry people there and managements response was not great. The manager just started yelling to the customers in line that if they had made a reservation in the last 12 hours they were not getting a car. He had several reasons why the reservations were made in error and did not offer any sort of solution to the problem. I don't think it was the customers fault they over booked or had computer isssues or didn't receive the cars back in timely manner and they should have be dealt with more professionally as the situation grew very hostile quickly.Reviewed 8 Apr. 2017

I always use enterprise but was disappointed thisPros:I pick up my step children at least twice a year and fly into Atlanta and rent a car. I always use enterprise because it's such a smooth process with friendly service, great rates and very clean. (So clean, I feel obligated, in a good way, to gather all my trash into a small bag when I return my car because it was given to me so clean.)Cons:However, this last trip I was disappointed. It was cold and I guess the washer was frozen so my car was dirty on the outside. That didn't matter to much to me since I was about to drive for three hours and it would get dirty anyway. But as I was driving I noticed the inside hadn't been cleaned very well either this time. I've always been amazed by the friendliness of the staff as well, but this time when I returned my car the gentleman seemed to be a bit annoyed with me. I will continue to use enterprise though! And hope this is a fluke because this has definitely not been the norm for them.Reviewed 23 Dec. 2016

Cons:It would have been nice on drop offs if I could have used the restroom. Covid-19 restored not somebody's been driving for hours and he use the restroom and they would not let me in. The other issue is I think it could have been better than $21 a day. I had offers for $12 a day but decided to use Enterprise because of a drop off in Statesboro. Garage to be nice if you guys should do a triple a discount and I typically rent through hurts and they offer AAA. FreddyReviewed 29 Apr. 2020

Cons:It was very difficult to find the rental desk coming from outside the airport. Better signage or online instructions needed. Also, Enterprise would not honor my reservation without a major credit card on file. This should have been disclosed up front.Reviewed 17 Sep. 2020
