I still had to purchase there collision because they “don’t accept third party insurance”. Staff was not friendly. Supervisor said I. The counter staff were excellent: quick, competent, and compassionate during the global computer shutdown. There were very few cars and too many people. The check in took us about 90 minutes, and leaving the airport in the car took about 45 minutes, as there was only one lane for all of the cars.
