this was our first time with FOX and renting through KAYAK so we were prepared for the rest, however, the experience was AMAZING and so easy! Terrible, I would never recommend it. They givie a rate, and then charge you whatever they can extra. In this case was a Platepass cgarge for $12.99 per rental day, if you try to disregard it the become aggressive and rude and trheat you with a 15$ penalty for every single toll you go trough. Cars have high mileage and noises, needed to go to exchange the first car they gave me.Reviewed 13 Nov 2023

I got a rental for one week while My Car was in the shop. The first ride till I got the tire fell off the rim… they charged me almost $600 for that. They also made me file a claim with my insurance. I got the next rental and it needed a serious oil change to the point where it stalled on me while driving. Took the tow company almost 6 hours to get to me, very disappointedReviewed 6 Oct 2023

The only complaint I have about the rental we got was that the wiper blades were awful & it rained every day we were there. Other then that, the car did it's job. The pick up & drop off were easy. The shuttle to & from the airport was fine. But, beware of the price. When it was all said & done, ot cost me double my quoted price with all the extras & service this & thats. The rental for the week cost more than my hotel! Sort of a rip off, but we needed a vehicle.Reviewed 7 July 2021

Pros:Staff lied to my face multiple times. Told me I was required to buy their insurance as well as their toll road pass. I pushed back for maybe 30 minutes saying it didn’t sound right and I didn’t want to. They wouldn’t let me finalize my paperwork without agreeing to it.Cons:Go somewhere else. This place is a classic bait and switch. Low money up front to book rental, then they get you with all kind of fees and charges on the backend.Reviewed 30 May 2021
