Pros:The process was quick and easy. Thank you for that.Cons:The pick up and drop off staff were a little aloof and I did not like how the pick up staff seemed offended that we went through priceline. Cons:Please wipe the external mirrors when washing. They are always water spotted and hard to see out of. At had bird droppings on it and it had just been washed - but it wasnt washed well enough to get these all the way off.Reviewed 13 Jan 2019

Cold as icePros:Found the rental counter very easily -Cons:Booked rental online for a one way trip from FL to NJ - tried to use my debit card to pay, but they don't accept it for one way...they do not accept cash either. I missed reading the fine print about this, so be careful or you'll get stranded at MCO if you don't have a major credit card. Lack of good communication and service at MCOCons:I arrived early in the morning to find no service rep around. Had to check in on a not so user friendly automated kiosk. After choosing a car I found that there was no one in the check out booths. Had to call National and they told I should go to the Alamo check out booth to exit. Having appropriate signage at checking and checkout outlining what to do when there are no service reps around would save customers a lot of headaches.Reviewed 17 Dec 2015
