We drove 3 hours to pick up the car and we was not able to because of very high security deposit hold and would not accept our payment.Reviewed 5 May 2026

Car was very clean, we upgraded at the desk and your agent was super helpful and friendly. Price was good-no complaints. Drop off was seamless, quick and easy. A long wait for pickup but everything else was excellentReviewed 19 Apr 2026

I will never use Budget after this experience and Kayak is not up to par either - the total expenses were over $200 more than stated. big loss all around thanks for nothing.Reviewed 15 Apr 2026

Upselling at pickup was very pushy, tried to say I booked a compact suv when I showed them the reservation was for a intermediate suv, over charged me still anywayReviewed 14 Apr 2026

We had to wait in line for three hours to get the car and then another 30 minutes to get out of the garage. Worst experience ever.Reviewed 5 Apr 2026

At pick up. The computer showed an old reservation that had been later modified so my latest email on the changes did not match the agents info. Led to delaysReviewed 3 Apr 2026

An hour in line to pick up at 10:00pm is not ideal, but after reaching the garage and the car not being there is unacceptable.Reviewed 10 Mar 2026

I ended up paying almost double the prepaid amount. Much of that is my fault for forgetting car seats but hidden fees made up the rest. Getting the car was also a hassle as there was a mix up between what car I was assigned and what was in the actual spot. The staff person was not particularly kind in assisting me.Reviewed 10 Mar 2026

We waited in line for pickup for over an hour, having reserved and paid for our rental in advance. If we hadn't already paid, we would have never waited in that line and would have gone with a different company (perhaps the one without a line). BUDGET= excruciating line. Once an agent opened, we were done in 5 minutes. It's a hard NO for Budget.Reviewed 7 Feb 2026

Great service at desk and car was what I reserved. My only complaint is the wait to pick up the car. They had two agents working and it was obvious they needed more. There were at least 20 people in line ahead of me and more behind.Reviewed 30 Nov 2025

First, the line at the counter was ridiculous. Should not take that long for people who reserve a car ahead of time. Secondly, the online quote was deceiving. By the time I paid at the counter it was double the price. For the price I paid I should’ve received something nicer than a basic Chevy equinox. Plus the car seats were junk. What a joke! Will not use budget again.Reviewed 6 May 2025
