The vehicle I reserved was not available, nor were any full-sized suvs. (I was parked directly in front of a Nissan Pathfinder in their inventory). The staff attempted to give me a compact suv, insisting it was full-sized. After asking for a cost adjustment, my reservation was switched to another company and I was rented a small suv. Upon returning the vehicle (hours early), I was told I had “smoked” in the vehicle based on a sensor and with no inspection to the interior of the vehicle. I do not smoke in any form and the passengers in the vehicle were elementary school-aged children (who also confirm there was no smoking in the vehicle). Given the multiple attempts to collect money from me in some way, this feels like a scam to collect fees from my deposit.Reviewed 26 May 2026

I did not get the car. This place is shady. They want $500-1000 deposits on cars. They wanted to charge me an extra $300 for the rental. Kayak should not promote this company, they are under investigation with the attorney general office in Florida. If kayak or Expedia charges me anything, I will refute the charge with my credit card company.Reviewed 29 Mar 2026

They pulled the bait and swap to one price and then when you get to the counter, you get a higher price because of your insurance they are a company that I would not trust if I was renting a car.Reviewed 12 Mar 2026

They charge outrageous and undisclosed deposits, insurance fees, etc. The "price" of the rental is just a teaser to get money out of you in other ways. It is borderline scam...probably over the line. Kayak shouldn't list them...and others of their ilk.Reviewed 23 Feb 2026
