Drop off was great. Getting the car terrible. Huge lineup and from what I heard it’s always like this. They should have at least 8 people working the desk. They have at most 4 or 5. Waited over 1h. The llineup is with dollar and thrifty at Orlando. So Wine in fro t of me told me 2 weeks ago she waited over 3h. So wo e else said it takes at least 1.5h-2h to pick up your car with them.

The car was cancelled at the last minute. Agent said no cars were to be found in Orlando. To the agent’s benefit he was right. I could tell he was sorry my reserved car hadn’t been returned. I had to reschedule hotel reservations, and visits for the next week.

I couldn’t pick-up the car. The agent said they are not accepting Romanian driver license and told me to call the airport agency and go there. This restrictive condition was nowhere on their website and the support from the agent was nil

I wanted a car at the airport, they got me a car from $40 dollars away in uber (and then another $40 on return). For just 1 day of rent it is cheaper to just use uber for everything.

Cons:

I typed MCO into the search box. They gave me an off site address that I assumed would have a shuttle to it, it did not. Had to take an Uber to the rental place, and met someone else who was dealing with the same exact problem there.

Drop iff easy.

Cons:

Would have been helpful to be able to drop the car if for a minimal charge intead of a whole day rentall Felt the daily price was high considering the deals that I have previously seen offered.

Less pressure on keeping the car clean would have been nice. It’s hard to find a car wash in an unfamiliar town.

Worst pick-up experience I have ever had - agente kept saying the insurance I bought when I reserved the car was not valid, and harrassed me to buy additional. Also tried to give me a car with smoke smell. And altered the fuel level on my form. Will never rent with them again

Cons:

Location understaffed. Waited 10 minutes without anyone in the lobby. Singular staff was detailing another vehicle for a waiting customer. I finally walked outside and around and handed off my key so I could leave. Never did go through my vehicle with a hertz rep at drop off, which would have been my preference

Cons:

The manager and his lack of customer service. It took them almost 3 hours to get us our rental. We were late to our destination and did not get to see our family. We had to drive in the worst traffic and at the worst time of day. That part of our trip was destroyed by the lack of customer service. The solution given from the branch manager was not enough to make us feel better or want to return as a customer.

I entered the location as Orlando Airport knowing there was a Hertz rental location. However, the location Kayak allowed me to make the reservation was off the premises and we were unaware. The location was about 20 minutes from the airport.

No problem with the car itself.

Cons:

We have NEVER rented a car where the spouse was not included in the original quote. The additional cost was prohibitive. So my husband had to drive everywhere, even short trips. We rented for a month, so this was quite inconvenient! We shall not rent from Hertz again.
