Enterprise was fine; Kayak was misleading at best.Cons:
Enterprise was fine. Kayak was misleading. We ended up spending $75 in taxi fare getting to the Enterprise rental facility when what I booked was an ORLANDO AIRPORT pickup. Not Orlando city somewhere pickup. Super frustrating and had I known this, I would not have rented through Kayak. AND, six other people that very day complained to Enterprise about the exact same situation.10.0 Wonderful

Hector from the airport who helped us resolve our problem.Cons:
The hertz where I was sent to pick up my car was closed. I paid $60 in Uber rides and had multiple people tell me they weren’t going to help me because they weren’t responsible for the issue. The issue they speak of is their own store was closed !2.0 Poor

When I went to pick up the car my reservation was for $131 and my price to pick up the car was almost $400. I couldn't get the car. They couldn't adjust the price or honor my reservation. I left without the car.10.0 Wonderful

The site lists a bunch of times for pick up after the location is closed and doesn't indicate this until after the reservation is made. When I called budget about the issue, they had the attitude that I was a problem, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I had to take an Uber in pouring rain to get to budget just to find they were closed which resulted in me having to pay for my ride both ways unnecessarily. The agent I spoke to was pretty nonchalant about the whole ordeal which I found rude.10.0 Wonderful
