Compact SUV

IT's started off really bad because the car I "rented" was not ready when I arrived. I had no other choice but to rent a more expensive, yet less comfortable car. At this time, the experience was 1/10, but a rep from Enterprise called to see how everything was going and if there was anything they could fix. After explaining my situation and frustration, they offered to charge me the same amount for the higher end car. This simple act of calling to see how I was doing and solving my problem will have me going back to Enterprise for all my future rentals.

I will never use enterprise! They tell you one thing and then switch! Allow you to book a vehicle that they don’t have on there lot and then try to make you settle for different ones

Compact

I wanted a car at the airport, they got me a car from $40 dollars away in uber (and then another $40 on return). For just 1 day of rent it is cheaper to just use uber for everything.

Pros:

Enterprise was fine; Kayak was misleading at best.

Cons:

Enterprise was fine. Kayak was misleading. We ended up spending $75 in taxi fare getting to the Enterprise rental facility when what I booked was an ORLANDO AIRPORT pickup. Not Orlando city somewhere pickup. Super frustrating and had I known this, I would not have rented through Kayak. AND, six other people that very day complained to Enterprise about the exact same situation.

I prepaid for a van at Hertz HLE. We ordered for $100 round-trip and they had no vehicle available for me. They did not seem to care either.

The staff at this Hertz office is awful. Thoroughly unprofessional. Almost impossible to reach by phone, and rude when you do.

Hector from the airport who helped us resolve our problem.

Cons:

The hertz where I was sent to pick up my car was closed. I paid $60 in Uber rides and had multiple people tell me they weren’t going to help me because they weren’t responsible for the issue. The issue they speak of is their own store was closed !
