I rent a car with kayak 4 day before and I arrived to the location they told me we don’t have any reservation for you and the last minute I go to Rent Car from different company this company they don’t know what they doing. They even they don’t know what is kayak. very bad experience I’m not recommended to anyone

The rental car was supposed to be at the Orlando International Airport. Instead, the rental was 30 minutes away from the airport and the rental place (Enterprise) was already closed by the time my rental was ready??? Doesn’t make too much sense.

Cons:

If I got my rental car... at the airport, not 30 mins away and not at a location that closed when my car was supposed to be picked up.

It took 30 minutes to pick up the car as there was only one person at that location. Also the car was dirty from inside and very wet from outside due to a recent wash which left lot of water marks on windshield and window glasses.

Cons:

Didn’t realize that the rental was not at the airport but at an offsite location. Waited in line for over an hour at the airport before being told that I would have to find my own transportation to the other location. Was forced to take a rental from the airport at a much higher rate than what Kayak quoted.

I booked what said was airport pick up but was told at the counter i had booked for some where besides the airport but the reservation said airport, also when I went to drop it off the drop off procedure was not very clear

The rate was outrageously high. They put me in a rental with a flat tire and broken radio. Then tried putting me in a car that was double booked. Then gave me an extra large suv for an insanely high amount. I was so disappointed I will never use them again.

I felt lied to and cheated‼️ I was told I could not rent from budget rental at the airport and then charged $300 for an extra drop off fee because the budget rental location I was directed to did not open until 8AM and would not allow a drop off with key drop and my flight ✈️ was at 7:45AM❗️ I was grossly OVERCHARGED ‼️ I’m upset about the airport $300 drop off fee and it basically ruined our experience! I NEVER WANT TO RENT WITH BUDGET AGAIN‼️‼️😡😡 that fee was unnecessary and a total scam🤬😭😢🥺

Mark at Payless was fantastic. He was honest and make the process painless. If you are a local person needing a short term rental this is the best place to go in Orlando. Do not waste your time with any of the other cheap companies that provide so called, good deals. They will lie, scam and waste your time.
