I was never able to pick up a vehicle. When I arrived, I was told they only had cars available for people with reservations. I showed them my confirmation number from Kayak and was told they only had cars for people who booked direct. It was after midnight and the other rental agencies were closed, so I went without a car until the following morning. Very disappointing experience.Reviewed 29 Sept 2025
