It was a few dollars cheaper but I paid dearly for it. The rental was booked for pick up at 6 AM. Arrived to find the office doesn’t open til 7 AM. During the 3 day rental the hubcap fell off. Discovered it was barely attached and previously broken. Spent several hours of my vacation repairing the hubcap with epoxy and then was worried it would fall off again and I would have to pay some exorbitant amount for the repair. Learned a lesson for sure never to use Payless again.Reviewed 31 Jan 2025

Beware! Deceptive pricing. Forced me to take minimum coverage costing an extra $150 even though I explained I already had insurance. When I called to complain, they asked me to bring the car in for inspection and if there was no damage they would refund one day. This is crazy. Don’t rent from this company.Reviewed 24 Sept 2024
