Pros:I had to wait 2,5 hours to collect a car that I had paid for! The guy at the counter then lied to me saying that I would receive a discount if I returned it on time, which I did not. I believe his name is Jason.Reviewed 15 Jun. 2021

Pros:The staff was friendly, and the car was clean. The drop off was very niceCons:It was a pain getting to the rental location after I arrived at the aiport. The terminal in the airport was closed and we had to go down to the garage and then I waited for a half hour in line for a car. The car's engine light was on, and it was low of windshield wiper fluid. I emailed sixt to report this and I informed the gal when she took my keys. She said she would make a note. It did not make me feel safe knowing that the check engine light was on and I did not know how long it had been on or if I was going to break down.Reviewed 11 Jun. 2021

Cons:There was only one employee working and there were 15 people in line ahead of us. It took over an hour to get to the front of the line. We reserved a luxury suv and the employee said they didn’t have any, and that we’d need to wait for a few hours for one to be returned and ready. He said that he could upgrade us for a hefty fee, and I said that the point of the reservation is to make sure the car is there for us. We reserved the car, that’s the whole point of a reservation. He wouldn’t give us the upgrade free of charge, which he really should’ve. He did say that we could downgrade though, free of charge… which we did do because we didn’t want to wait for a more hours. Pros:Easy to drop off, car was fine for what it was.Cons:Getting a car took over an hour and a half and that was only after we sacrificed to get a minivan instead of an SUV. There were others that waited longer than we had to, a really poor experience to wait that long with a 2 year old.Reviewed 31 May 2021
