Cons: It’s a little annoying that you have to take 3 elevators to get back to your room if you valet park your car buth that’s it.

Cons: There must be a nightclub in the building somewhere... I was on the 51st floor and there was club music Blasting all night long. And there wasn’t anything anybody could do. Music went until 2 in the morning and didn’t get much sleep.

Cons: I really like this hotel I been ther four times the last year

Cons: The parking is such a rip off. For $42 I almost wanted to go and sleep in my car.

Cons: No hot water in the room on Friday afternoon, after a day at the gym, and pool. So we went out to dinner and Clippers game without a shower on Friday night. Once returning that night we finally had hot water shower, however no air conditioning. We called 2 times and no one came up to help. No manager response, no nothing. Also cold, hot tube at the pool during the day. Last, gym was closed so we had to go to front desk for key to adjacent hotel in order to use their gym. I’ve stayed at Marriott at least a dozen times before and always consistently great facilities. Eg. Times Square, union square, Anaheim, San Juan. This one had too many problems in one day.

Cons: Hot water was not working at all. Fixed by the morning but too late for evening activities. Nice to have a coffee shop open so early and the pool area was delightful. Friendly staff.

Cons: The staff were poorly trained. We didn't deal with one person who seemed to even act like they cared we were. We travel a lot, and the way the staff behaved put them in the bottom 25% for customer service skills.

Cons: The mattress was a little firm for my liking, but the bedding was exceptional!

Cons: Ordered lamb meatballs at the bar and they were barely warm. TV in room has mostly grainy low definition channels. Scanning room key in elevator to access floor worked after the third attempt. I won't stay here again. Expected more from this brand.

Cons: The staff at the pool were a bit rude and not attentive. Took about 45 minutes to get our drink and food after we ordered it, and no apologies were given.

Cons: A bit overpriced if you ask me. The parking is absolutely ridiculous!!! $42 a night! I've paid less for rooms! For the price you pay to stay here parking should be free or at best a minimum fee for guests since there are no alternative parking areas. Room service, way overpriced as usual but the added fees and taxes are ridiculous and the food is just ok.

Cons: My first night, I awoke at midnight to a very loud fire alarm which was blasting in my room through a speaker. I walked down 17 flights of stairs and only when I got to the first floor an employee brushed it off and said it was a false alarm. The second night, same thing happened but this time it was a 3am fire alarm. I was wide awake, heart racing for hours, I didn’t get much sleep between both nights. They did, however, comp my room service so that was attentive and a nice gesture. I appreciate them doing that without me having to ask for things in return to make it better. Sleep is the main purpose of my hotel stay and if you can’t get a good nights sleep, why am I even there? It just really left a bad taste for me, even though the staff and hotel was perfect. Not sure I’d go back.

Cons: I chose this place in large part because it had a rooftop pool in downtown LA. The Sunday after we stayed there we tried to use the pool at 12pm but all the lounge chairs were put away or closed off and removed from the pool. We were told because of a pool party at 4pm no lounge chairs could be out by the pool and needed to be held for it. When I asked if we could use just 2 to hang by the pool for 1 hour and that I would pay, they said they would check with their manager. I waited about 30 minutes for that person to get back to me then saw them walking by doing something else with no manager in sight or answer. We split and went home. Also, purchased room through Kayak paid the additional amount to get breakfast included. Ordered from room service and told them we had that deal. They delivered breakfast and charged us. When I spoke to management they said that I needed to go to the restaurant to order the breakfast that I paid for through the Kayak reservation. When I told the manager we let them know about it when we ordered room service on the phone and they never told us we had to go down to the restaurant, she referred me to bring it up with Kayak. Service is absolutely the worst considering the inflexibility on food ordered from the same cooks and bait and switch on a pool amenity that you can't you because of a party in 4 hours.

Cons: I can't think of anything! Incredible stay.

Cons: It was a bit too expensive. There's not much to do near by. Valet was ridiculously priced. And yeah that's all..

Cons: Disappointed to pay for a 4 star hotel and get a 3 star room. I was at the omni for a meeting and extended my stay over the weekend. I was moved to a lower quality room and paid current hotel rates. David

Cons: The customer service was amazing. We had an amazing time on our trip. We'll definitely be back.

Cons: Lack of spa facilities. I booked a facial with the Omni Spa expecting there to be actual spa facilities since the price of a facial was as high as any resort spa (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, waiting room with tea and snacks) but there was none of that. I went down early to the spa area and was told to just come a few minutes before my appointment (there is no where to really hang out for an extended period). The pool outside was uninviting as it was drizzling. And there was just the fitness room down there and a small waiting area for the spa treatment rooms. The facial was very good, but I was just surprised/disappointed with the "spa" area.

Cons: The elevator seems out of date and doesn’t always work right. Several times it stopped on floors where no one was waiting and the floor was not pressed. It also seemed very slow. Not that big of deal but it could use an upgrade.

Cons: The cost of the hotel didn't justify the amenities. I mean, there was nothing fancy about the hotel, so why should it cost $450 to stay the night there especially when there was no special events happening that night. Also, $52 for overnight parking....are you kidding me?!?! It was WAY TOO PRICEY for what you get.

Cons: Mostly great experience! A couple of odd related employee related service issues but no big deal!

Cons: 1. Entrance loop is too narrow with too few valet workers. If they pull up your car, you will be at the back of the loop. You have to wait for half a dozen cars in front of you before you can exit! 2. Extremely uncomfortable beds that offer no support. 3. Staff manages tasks does not offer service level befitting the price of the hotel.

Cons: I got a 5:00 am wake up call that I didn't request. The ottoman in my room was stained and sun-bleached.

Cons: "Complementary" wi-fi wouldn't let me connect under any circumstances! Very frustrating when traveling for business and connectivity is an essential need!!!

Cons: Room had only one towel in it. There was hair in the tub What was stated as a Cityview was incorrect, the room viewed directly into another room from the same hotel.

Cons: Their is no coffee maker in the room and that little luxury would have been really nice since we were never able to use the breakfast during the time they provided. Their was no book talking about nearby restaurants and features of the hotel in the room by the phone, so that was odd. The parking lot was tiny and the spaces were extremely close and we were in a small sports car, so had to pay to park next door $30 one night and $24 the second. The bathroom in the room was tiny and very outdated, the shower curtain had a hole in it and was yellowed from wear. The main thing that I thought was gross was their was several black foreign hairs on the ceiling of the bathroom. I didn't want to call and make a complaint, and I saw the maid was a few doors down before we left so I left her a note with a tip on the bed that said "The room looks great, but their is a few foreign hairs on the ceiling of the bathroom, could you please take care of that? Thank you..." When we returned the note and tip were gone but the hairs on the ceiling remained. I thought it was rude to take a tip and not clean up the hairs on the ceiling. The bathroom was tiny. It wouldn't take long to see them if you looked up. That was my biggest turn off, but maybe the maid couldn't read english?

Cons: some rooms are a bit convoluted in shape

Cons: Nothing I did not like anything about it. Room was terrable.

Cons: The bathroom was small, felt old, and was dingy. There was a roll of toilet paper by the sink like it was meant to be a hand towel. The floors are concrete and feel unkempt because of their coldness. The decor is also themed but feels cold and dingy, the rugs on the walls were half hung. The worst was the A/C in the window and being hot all night. We ended up running to the ACE to salvage our vacation.

Cons: The bad. They don't use keycards for the elevator or door. As mentioned, there are some sketchy characters outside, and there's lots of people coming inside for the pool parties at night. Anyone could just take the elevator upstairs and potentially kick a door down. Locks seemed kinda weak. No safe in the room, but they have 'em downstairs. Late checkout was 12.30pm and that's pretty BS. Stayed on the 8th floor so sound wasn't a problem, but if you're a light sleeper, don't stay on the lower floors. If you're looking for a sterile place to stay with grandma and the kids, this is not it -- better go with a chain like Hilton or Ritz. But if grandma used to be a hippie and you're fairly open, it's great.

Cons: For $256/night, my room badly needed an update. There were only 2 power outlets - One shared between the TV and the AC and the other was inaccessible behind the bed. This just doesn't cut it in today's day and age, esp for a hotel that at least partially caters to the convention crowd. In addition, the bathroom was tiny and the shower was so narrow that I had to bathe sideways (2.5 feet, I measured.) Plus, there was nowhere in the shower to put items aside from the floor, no soap tray, nothing. I won't be staying here again. I knew it wasn't going to be the Ritz, but this was a tad too far into the 60s for me.

Cons: The only parking was valet and the pool closed early on weekdays. Bathroom could definitely stand to be updated but was incredibly clean.

Cons: The cleaning staff needs to be retrained. The basics were not taken care of in my room eg shampoo, conditioner, floor mat etc... were not replenished when needed/ garbage pails were not emptied.

Cons: The room smelled like mildew and dust. The bed was horribly pitted from years of bodies on each side. The sheets and pillows smelled like they were stuffed damp into a closet for the day then dried and put on the bed. The carpet was red at one point. Its brown and very dingy now. I wouldn't walk around without socks.
